22 A Canterbury Tce. East Victoria Park
In this particular home Riley Construction had to honor the architectural integrity and style of the surrounding area, an area filled with early 1900s houses, and yet build a large modern home in accordance with current housing requirements and modern living standards on a small 220m2 building block. The project involved building a double storey house made from 50 percent limestone bricks and 50 percent weatherboard with open eaves.
