Riley Construction was founded in August 2000 by registered builder Kurt Riley as a small independent construction company to tackle small to medium scale construction projects in and around the Perth metropolitan area. His vision was to set up a construction company that would provide a more personalized consultative service to clients combined with reasonable prices for construction projects, especially residential homes.
Riley Construction's business has grown successfully over the last 10 years and our reputation has largely grown from successful word of mouth from satisfied clients. Riley Construction's advantage in the building industry is that it is a modest sized company and Kurt can therefore maintain a more personalized approach to projects: Consulting with clients, managing resources, project management and quality control. Riley Construction's policy is to maintain the company at a modest sized level to maintain the 'personal touch', while at the same time constantly seeking to improve the quality of the work done by Riley Construction.
